Buffet dinner at KLGCC

Hi all,

My company (ProSep) had organized a Buka Puasa buffet dinner at Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) yesterday night to honor this Ramadhan season. I was fortunate to be invited as well despite just being here for only one week. The food was scrumptious and I had taken this opportunity to bond with my colleagues.

Below will be some group pics taken yesterday.

Cheers.

Retire early I will...

Good morning, everyone.

In the LRT, I stood, looking out towards the park near Taman jaya LRT station, and I thought to myself, is it too early to even think of retiring by now? Back then, it was. But now, it ain't anymore.

I long for the day where I could wake up in the morning and go to the park nearby my future living place and do "tai qi" or "qi gong" with other rich farkers (assuming I'm also rich by then, so that I could live in the rich people area). Then, later on, drive to the morning market, hands in hands with my other half, and buy breakfast, then we go home to spend the day telling how much we love each other and that we had made it till thus far.

I should wake up now and come back to reality.

Work hard, I must. Thus, through my dreams, I will prevail.

Cheers,
Kenneth from ProSep signing off.

Whoever who comes asking me how's my first day at work?

I'll just fucking send you a link in which these people had literally did the talking for me. So why should I bother answering.

Trying to outsmart me, apparently.

Eat some monkey brains as I think it suits you more.

Some things are not meant to be forgotten easily cause your words apparently is sharper than sword, and it had pierced right through my heart, hurting me badly.

I felt the pain and is certainly not willing to forgive at this moment.

Claiming that I'm an easy target right, now I know why you are picking on me.

Anyway, like you give a shit abt what I feel cause you wouldn't even know that you had offended me.

Thank you, blog for letting me to release my anger at this very own space of mine.

I guess, not seeing each other is the best solution as you don't even know I'm having this issue with you.

Dare you write another thing to condemn about me, I assure you, I will show you my colours.

For now, I'll just take the bullet and rest aside.

Ohya, and still wana say to you, ffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuu..... o0o

Has yet to get a good headset coz the I-phone headset sucks.

Have bought a new set of boxing gloves. Time to really do some damaging-punches.

Good game, Chong Wei.

Hey,

It was hard for me to accept the fact that Dato' Lee Chong Wei had lost to Lin Dan in the BWF world badminton championship minutes ago.

It seems so hopeful starting from the first set until the end. Although he lost in the second set, I was still thinking that he could pull through in the rubber set. However, even twice match points advantage could not get him the victory. I must say, Lin Dan is just too good to be true.

I could see that Chong Wei had done his best and had certainly improved compared to his previous encounters against the SuperDan. The score of this game would certainly gives a warning to LinDan that Chong Wei's skill is comparable to his already. Hopefully, in time to come, ChongWei could have a winning streak against LinDan.

Anyway, back to myself, I'm starting work tomorrow already. The long dreaded day had finally arrived. Time to get used to sleeping and waking up early for about 30-40 years. Lolx. Wish me luck, y'all.

Good night, all.

P/s: Dai Lou, cheer up. I love you.

Course-mate gathering

Hi all,

Yesterday night, I had my uni course-mate gathering at Sakae Sushi, OneUtama. It was quite emotional seeing all of them again. Some were in formal wear as they came straight after work but people like me, wearing casual, just finished doing gym. Lolx, memang sampah ini. Nevertheless, we were all hungry. We talked to our heart content. Some shared their so-call-2-months job experience but I could only tell them I'm going to start work next week. Lolx.

I realized as we aged, the topic that we talk, differs, obviously. At this age, we talk about our job, business and how to get rich, fast. One of the key to success would be investment, I guess, quoted from some books. Therefore, I think it is necessary to do some investment asides you permanent job. Last week, I attended a talk, teaching me how to invest so that I could overcome inflation. This week, I have friends telling me about mutual funds and Prudential's PRUcash double reward. Isn't that a sign or what?

I'm keen to invest, but just don't know where to begin. Even if you say purchasing mutual fund is safe, then which bank are you buying from? All banks will say they are the best, definitely. Want to spend money also so "san fu".

Anyhow, we talked so much that night, we even had second round at Asia Cafe, Kota Damansara. Then when I'm driving home, it struck my mind that, we were all so busy talking till we didn't even get a group pic. Anyhow, I'll list their names here so when ages hence, I'll still remember we had this gathering. (Daryl, DD, Adrian, Bubu, Joshua and myself)

Cheers.

Not that I have just realised this fact, but I just want to state it down.

I used to think that I have many friends, but when it comes to calling a few to play badminton, I can't even get a handful. Sigh.

I really, really, really want to play badminton!

PD + Melacca

Hey,

2 weeks countdown to the beginning of my working life. Thus, I am fully utilizing these last 2 weeks to do everything I want before I get drown with OT.

Last Sunday, I had a one day trip to Port Dickson + Melacca with PC, JS & Ling Fern. Reached PC's home at 7.30 a.m, parked and then sat in his car and off we go to pick JS and Ling Fern up. Breakfast was at a random mamak in which they charge RM4.50 for just the chicken and rice, slaughtered. Anyway, first stop was to Port Dickson, pulled over at Avillion Hotel and Avillion Admiral Cove Hotel to have a stroll by the private beach and took some pictures there..

Then, we headed to Melacca to have chicken rice balls for lunch. As expected, the famous shop had a long queue so we resorted to another chicken rice ball shop around the corner. The taste wasn't as good as the famous one but we were all too hungry to even complain about it. Then, we had durian cendol for dessert.

Later afternoon, we went to Makhota Parade. At there, we did a little shopping as most shops were on sales. I got myself a formal shirt and a normal t-shirt. Then at night, we went to Jonker street and had dinner at Restoran Capitol Satay Celup.

Night, all.

Interview? More of interrogation to me

Hey,

My first time interview experience was given to this company named ProSep. Worse, I was gang-banged my two interviewers at the same time. *OUCH*

How'd it went?
Well, it was alright, I did my best and said what I know, just that I'm not sure whether is that what they want to hear.

What is ProSep all abt?
Do some google-ing and you'll see that it is involved in oil and gas industry.

How did I feel?
Hmm, scary la, duh, what you think, first time le. But I reckon, no matter how many times I get interviewed, the interviewer will never fail to surprise me with question which is beyond prepared. Most of the time, these questions are the killer and the ones that determine whether they hire me anot. Today's so-called "killer question-of-the-day" also left me dumb-founded for a moment. Took me awhile to think of something to crap.

How much do I want this job?
Well, I'm pretty keen in getting this position (mainly because I'm just lazy and afraid to go for another interview). The location is alright, reachable through LRT (dang wangi), then another 5 mins walk to the premise.

What should I do at the mean time?
Pray and dota (foreveralone).

Night, peeps.

Evoke Interactive Crew

Hi all,

Recently, I took up a part time job as an event crew member. The event was named Shell Eco-Marathon (SEM) Asia and it took place at the renown Formula One Sepang International Circuit. It was a continuous eight days job, first 3 days were the setting up phase, then the event was held for four days and one day for closing. During that period of time, I was totally drained out as the working hours was from 9am to 12pm daily. Only on certain nights in which we were considered lucky to be able to take off at 10.30pm. However, I still had an awesome time working as most of the crew members were my uni course mates, thus I didn't feel outcast.

The objective of this event is to encourage student to build the most energy and fuel efficient vehicle. For two consecutive years, students from Thailand grasp the victory of going the furthest using the least energy. This year's new record was obtained by a Thailand newcomer, in which their vehicle was able to reach 2213.4 km using only one litre of fuel. The former winner came in first runner-up position, achieving 1607.9 km using a litre of fuel this year in comparison to last year's record of 1521.9km/l.

In this event, Shell had also invited Moses Chan as their ambassador. I got to take picture with him too, lucky me. Below are some pictures taken throughout the event.

Phuket Graduation Trip

Hey all,

I just had my graduation trip at Phuket (Patong beach), Thailand from 28/6/2011 to 1/7/2011 with my course mate buddies. As expected, the whole trip consist of all guys and those who went were DD, Ding ye, Adrian, Dota Foo, Daryl, Joshua, Ryan, Vincent, Bubu, Calvin, Kok Wei and I. In some ways, the trip was much easier wihtout female especially when it comes to massaging, allocating room-mates and getting drunk (trying to be optimistic). Nevertheless, it was a memorable and fun trip.

As we had booked the morning flight (7a.m) to Phuket, we spent the night hanging out at KL central and LCCT the night before. I only get to sleep for an hour plus in the plane. Our hotel is one of the finest as far as I'm concern, namely the Novotel Phuket Resort. The service and view were awesome. Our first day in Phuket, we had Thai fried rice for lunch and McDonald for dinner. After dinner, we walked around the town and I would say Thailand mostly consist of selling the same shirts & pants, massage parlour, bar, tatoo shops and family mart & 7-eleven (convenient store).

On the second day, we went to Phi-phi Island to do snorkelling and island hopping. Poor Daryl felt nauseous throughout the entire speedboat journey. We each paid 900 baht, inclusive of lunch as well. Then at night, we dined at a restaurant called Kusuma. The food was nice, tomyam wasn't too spicy, good for me but not for Adrian, Ding Ye and DD. After that, we had a one hour full body massage for only 200 baht. The masseuse who attended to me was very experienced. I knew many of my friends wanted a "happy-ending", just that wasn't willing to do so in front of many. Oh well, don't worry, many chances to come.

On the third day, our package which cost 1350 baht consisted of water rafting, ATV (all-terrain vehicle), elephant riding and fish spa. The water rafting was total disappointment as it was no match compared to the one I did in Sabah. The other activities was satisfying and a brand new experience for me. During the night, we had dinner at Lair Lay Thong Restaurant. We had to search high and low to locate this shop as it was located at one of the hidden alley. Fortunately, the food was delicious but DD didn't eat much as he had diarrhoea.

After dinner, we split into 2 groups as some wanted a second round of massage. I dismissed myself from going to massage and followed the other group to do some last minute shopping. I got myself 2 T-shirts (Mr.Busy and Mr.Happy) for only 180 baht each. Later tha night, we all gathered in one of the rooms and drank beer. The beer here was phatetically cheap, only 440 baht for a large Chang beer. I reckon Ryan and Joshua was drunk that night as they were literally out of control. The night ended pretty early to my surprise and everybody was able to wake up the next day for breakfast buffet.

All in all, this trip was inevitably a great one as it marked our strong friendship after knowing each other for more than 4 years. I will always remember you guys and may we meet again in the near future. All the best to those who has yet to get a job (inclusive of myself) and happy working to those who are already working. Take care, my friend.

Night peeps. Cheers.

Bday

Hey,

Few days back was my bday, I had a great one celebrating with my the other half. It wasn't anything special as everything was pre-planned. We watched movie, had dinner at Oasis and hanged out at Souled Out. But this was what I like about it. Not that Lp doesn't want to throw me any surprise bday party or whatsoever, the problem is with me as I dislike surprises and bday cake. She was just trying to comply with the weirdo bday boy. You got that right, I am indeed WEIRD.

Spending my day with her was the best present that I could wish for. Just the two of us only and nothing more than that.

The picture below was taken at Souled Out, Sri Hartamas. We went there after dinner for dessert and the lychee Martini (2nd cup waive deal). Somehow, one of the waiters suspected that it was either Lp or my birthday. The waiter then approached Lp and she told him it was mine. Not long later when the dessert came, the waiter put on a cow-like hat on me and the crowd started to sing the bday song. I thought I could escape from all these sort of celebration, turns out I got the whole crowd (inclusive of other diners) to celebrate with me. Oh well, it was nevertheless a great experience, I must say. Thanks, babe and the waiters and the unknown diners.

The next day after my bday was Wc and Eugene Lee's bday. Happy birthday!!!

In some ways, I was glad that Wc had fever so she had to come back to PJ in which we were able to celebrate her bday together. On the other hand, I wish Wc and dai lou the pink of health and may you all recover soon. We celebrated Wc bday at Secret Recipe, Taman Megah. The group pic was rather blur, sad. Nevertheless, I was happy that many could make it in such short notice despite it was a week day.

Night all, cheers.

Singapore trip

Hey all,

After reading Cj, dai lou and ling ling's post about the Singapore trip, I guess it is now my turn to blog about it. The Singapore trip was a 3 days 2 night stay at a backpacker hostel name "foot prints", located near the little India MRT station. It was a descent place to stay, good job ling ling *thumbs up*.

Firstly, I would really want to thank Ling Ling, Wc and dai lou from the bottom of my heart. Despite your hectic job and limited days of annual leave, you guys had flocked out your time to make this trip a reality so that many years down the road, we will have a wonderful memory.

Also would like to thank Cj and Bw for your presence, it could have been meaningless without you all throughout this trip. I could see that both of you were really tired when we first met. I totally understand your fatigue as both of you literally rushed to meet up with us after your work, and somehow you guys were still able to put on a smiley face and welcome our arrival. Well, I guess this is the power of friendship.

And also to Lp, my honey for accompanying me and hanging out with my best-est buddies. Love you, babe.

God was on our side as the weather throughout the trip was awesome. Because of so, we were able to take many wonderful outdoor pictures. The first night, I was able to capture a night view of the marina bay. The next day, I was also able to take tonnes of pictures at Sentosa. The fact that it didn't rain made our journey less hassle and more convenient.

Not to mention that the food at Singapore was very scrumptious. The "four fingers" chicken wings, "cold stone" ice-cream, "subway" egg-meyo sandwich and "superdog" hot-dog were lip-smacking and mouth watering.

The last night of our stay, we played some games in the dorm, in which we all gone wild and crazy. Then, we headed down to the nearest mamak to yum cha before we bid Bw goodbye. It wasn't easy saying goodbye to Bw and Cj, but I know deep down my heart, we will see each other in no time *fingers cross*. All in all, I had a really fun time hanging out with you guys. Really looking forward to have our next Singapore trip again. Am I too demanding, aikz?

The following are some pictures taken during the trip.

Anyway, hungry-hap-se-yo, good night peeps.

Cheers.

I don't like you.

The sound of your piss hitting the urinal, it sounds feminine.

If I were in the wild, I would attack you.

Even if you weren't in my food chain, I would go out of my way to hunt you down.

If I were a lion and you were a tuna, I would swim out in the middle of the ocean and freaking eat you, and then I'll bang your tuna girlfriend.

Yee's Farewell Lunch

Hey,

Yee, once again, it is time to say goodbye. May you have a safe flight back to the UK and all the best in your masters. And so, we had a farewell lunch at Betty's Midwest Kitchen but group pic was taken at Rose Mary Bites cause we went there for desserts.

After lunch, we headed on to play badminton in which my racket string snapped today. Crap! Have to waste money to fix it again. Sienz.

Oh well, got to go. Nite.

Happy bday, heng!

Hey all,

Today's post is specially dedicated to Heng Heng.

"Happy 23rd Birthday!"

I know he will never read this but anyhow I wish him all the best in his future undertakings.

Time flies and we have all grown up, soon enough it'll be my turn to celebrate mine.

Still remember those days when I tried so hard to look mature so that I can disguise and enter the casino, but always got blocked. Now, they wouldn't even hesitate if I were under-age as the guards had literally categorized me under the adult section. Really miss those days when they gave me those uncertain stares.

Speaking of casino, Ling Ling got blocked like not once, not twice but thrice by the guards to check for her identification card during our previous visit to genting, really LMFAO. On a side note, really envy her as the guards had confirmed that she still looked young.

Well, coming back to what I had done today. I went to Madmonkeyz at Wangsa Maju along with JS, PC & wein for rock-climbing. Pictures has yet to get from PC, will repost the pics when I receive it. It was a wonderful experience and I even got a cert! My pull-ups training did paid off when I attempted to perform a swing from one rock to another in mid air.

At night, it was our usual yum cha in which we literally celebrated heng's bday. Here's a picture of us at A&W's. Well, only root beer and no booze yet, sorry WC. Lol.

P/s: Special thanks to WC who bought us the first round of mamak and tham who bought us the second round of A&W. You guys are awesome!

Night, peeps.

NO pain NO gain

Imagine yourself doing pull-ups.

Your friend is beside you, doing the counting.

Here it goes:

"one...two...three......"

"nine............"

guess what's next?

ten? close, but wrong.

cause it's - "ten more!"

Tanjung Sepat

Hi all,

Today, we (Yee, Ling Ling, Wei, Dai Lou & I) had lunch at Jaya One's Nando. It was nice sitting around with your close friends and having endless chats.

After that, Yee ditched us and the remaining four of us carried on with our long-planned trip to Tanjung Sepat. Dai lou did the honour of driving us there. It took us approximately two hours to reach our destination.

Photographers and their gear:
Dai Lou : DSLR-Nikon D5100
Wei Chern : Lomo Diana F+
Ling Ling : Panasonic Lumix
Kenneth : I-phone 4

Fortunately, the weather was great, thus we were able to witness the sunset and capture a number of good photos. Dinner was a turned-off, don't want to talk much about it as it will literally spoil my mood.

Anyway, it was a fun day hanging out with you guys. More pics could be seen on facebook later on.

Night all and cheers.
