Stupid Jam

Hi all,

Ever since I shifted to Puchong, I have been cursing a lot on the road. When your driving distance becomes longer to reach your destination, you will bound to meet more inconsiderate (so hai) people, hogging the right lane and totally ignorant of your high beam or sound-blasting honk. When such situation happen, I would curse and then attempt to overtake. I'm worried if I were to collide with another vehicle at my blind spot someday. To remain patience and stick on my lane is certainly not an option. Gosh, as much as I like my new home, I certainly hate the distance!

Things become worst when I'm caught in the never ending, god-knows-why jam. The fuel that I burnt during the jam could actually last me for another two or more trips to PJ (assuming no traffic). Not to mention that I also have to pay the RM1.60 toll so that I could participate in the traffic event everyday.

Every time when I head home from PJ, I would certainly pass by my previous home, and there wasn't one time that I did not glance at my rented Kelana Puteri condo and think to myself: "I'm already home if I were to live here". Suddenly, emo riaoz. Most of the time, not long after I said that to myself, the traffic would start right after I surpass the condo, and I'll start to curse starting from that point onwards. Sigh.

Anyway, I'm going to Genting along with Ling Ling and Wei Chern & family tomorrow. Time to take some fresh air and donate some money to Uncle Lim, it's been quite a while since I last step foot there though.

Cheers and night, peeps.

Done for the moment

Hi all,

Today (26/5/2011), is such an important day as it marks the day in which I finally graduated. I was surprised and thankful that my FYP supervisor (Dr. Nic) gave me an A-. My CGPA was brought up by a bit and I'm contented with my overall results. Now, I can peacefully embark on my job-hunting journey.

Throughout this four years of my university life, I was very thankful that I had my room-mate (KB) to guide me in literally all the subjects. He was like my compass and I couldn't have made it till today for without him. If you think I'm exaggerating, I'm not.

Starting from my second year, I already knew that I'm not cut for engineering, I'm just hanging on to it because I don't want people to think that I'm those kid who just hops around, switching courses and waste his parent's money. Because of so, I lack the interest and enthusiast in learning. My aim was just to study enough and pass the paper rather than learning more or outside the box. I did not join any whatsoever engineering club/society nor take part in any robotic competition. Nope, I just cruise pass this four years by handing in assignments and passing my exams. What a shame, I would say. There were times I really envy those who got involve in such competition while I just literally waste my time doing nothing. Sigh, anyway, now is certainly not the time to whine.

Anyway, I'm just glad that I had made it through my uni life and accomplished another stage of my life.

On a side note, I received a very dreadful message from my friend just now claiming that my house-mate's father had passed away. I personally felt sorrow as I knew his dad in person and uncle has been very kind to me whenever we hang out at his place. Uncle, may you rest in peace and I would like to offer my warmest condolences.

Life is short and so, appreciate the love ones around you before it is too late.

Cheers and good night, peeps.

BWF Sudirman Cup

Hi all,

Two weeks have passed after my exams and I have made zero achievement, great.

On a side note, the 2011 Double Star BWF Sudirman Cup is now carrying out at Qingdao, China. All thanks to ASTRO, I could watch most of the matches in my comfort home. One of today's matches was Malaysia against Russia and fortunately, Malaysia won 4-1, losing only in the mixed double game. Hence, Malaysia has found a place in the quarter-final.

Lee Chong Wei and Tan & Koo grasped an easy victory as expected. On the other hand, I was glad that Wong Mew Choo was replaced by Tee Jing Yi to play in the Women's single as I'm pretty sure Wong will screw her match up. Tee did not let us down today, she obtained a two straight game victory (21-17, 21-13) against Russia's Anastasia Prokopenko. The women's double (Chin Eei Hui & Wong Pei Tty) went into a rubber game but also won in the end. Carry on the good work, Malaysia.

However, I must say, if Lin Dan meets Chong Wei this time, I doubt Chong Wei will win as Lin Dan is playing in his home (China) and he will not fail his home supporters. He was on top form when he defeated Germany's Marc Zwiebler in the opening games.

Well, at least now I have something to look forward to everyday.

Cheers and night, peeps.

Back in action

Hey,

It's been quite a while since I last blog. Thank you for those who still kept my link as one of your followers (just admit that you are plain lazy to delete my name off).

Well, just a quick update.

I just finished my finals and fingers cross, that I'll graduate. The very typical and cliché question would be "have you found a job?", "have you started working?", "have you submitted your resume?"..lol.. Sometimes, I wander why people don't ask, "where was your graduation trip?" or "why the hell are you still in Malaysia?". I mean, give me a break. I'm sure I'll be working my ass off once I started working. By then, I can kiss my gym, muay-thai classes and dota matches goodbye. For now, just let me chill la.

By far, I'm still very uncertain of what I want to venture into. Everything seems so vague and I'm like so knowledge-less. Not to mention with my shitty result, I can totally count myself out from any of the big firms (not that I want to enter reputable companies, but at least it sounds more pro mah). Sigh.

Anyway, life sux, shit happens. I always kept that in mind (for God knows why), it's like my personal motivation code. Lol.

Just to wrap things up, tonight's dinner at Chili's was great. Welcome back, Yee and have fun at Korea tomorrow. (picture can be seen on Cina gang soon)

Night, peeps. Cheers.
