Interview? More of interrogation to me

Hey,

My first time interview experience was given to this company named ProSep. Worse, I was gang-banged my two interviewers at the same time. *OUCH*

How'd it went?
Well, it was alright, I did my best and said what I know, just that I'm not sure whether is that what they want to hear.

What is ProSep all abt?
Do some google-ing and you'll see that it is involved in oil and gas industry.

How did I feel?
Hmm, scary la, duh, what you think, first time le. But I reckon, no matter how many times I get interviewed, the interviewer will never fail to surprise me with question which is beyond prepared. Most of the time, these questions are the killer and the ones that determine whether they hire me anot. Today's so-called "killer question-of-the-day" also left me dumb-founded for a moment. Took me awhile to think of something to crap.

How much do I want this job?
Well, I'm pretty keen in getting this position (mainly because I'm just lazy and afraid to go for another interview). The location is alright, reachable through LRT (dang wangi), then another 5 mins walk to the premise.

What should I do at the mean time?
Pray and dota (foreveralone).

Night, peeps.

Evoke Interactive Crew

Hi all,

Recently, I took up a part time job as an event crew member. The event was named Shell Eco-Marathon (SEM) Asia and it took place at the renown Formula One Sepang International Circuit. It was a continuous eight days job, first 3 days were the setting up phase, then the event was held for four days and one day for closing. During that period of time, I was totally drained out as the working hours was from 9am to 12pm daily. Only on certain nights in which we were considered lucky to be able to take off at 10.30pm. However, I still had an awesome time working as most of the crew members were my uni course mates, thus I didn't feel outcast.

The objective of this event is to encourage student to build the most energy and fuel efficient vehicle. For two consecutive years, students from Thailand grasp the victory of going the furthest using the least energy. This year's new record was obtained by a Thailand newcomer, in which their vehicle was able to reach 2213.4 km using only one litre of fuel. The former winner came in first runner-up position, achieving 1607.9 km using a litre of fuel this year in comparison to last year's record of 1521.9km/l.

In this event, Shell had also invited Moses Chan as their ambassador. I got to take picture with him too, lucky me. Below are some pictures taken throughout the event.

Phuket Graduation Trip

Hey all,

I just had my graduation trip at Phuket (Patong beach), Thailand from 28/6/2011 to 1/7/2011 with my course mate buddies. As expected, the whole trip consist of all guys and those who went were DD, Ding ye, Adrian, Dota Foo, Daryl, Joshua, Ryan, Vincent, Bubu, Calvin, Kok Wei and I. In some ways, the trip was much easier wihtout female especially when it comes to massaging, allocating room-mates and getting drunk (trying to be optimistic). Nevertheless, it was a memorable and fun trip.

As we had booked the morning flight (7a.m) to Phuket, we spent the night hanging out at KL central and LCCT the night before. I only get to sleep for an hour plus in the plane. Our hotel is one of the finest as far as I'm concern, namely the Novotel Phuket Resort. The service and view were awesome. Our first day in Phuket, we had Thai fried rice for lunch and McDonald for dinner. After dinner, we walked around the town and I would say Thailand mostly consist of selling the same shirts & pants, massage parlour, bar, tatoo shops and family mart & 7-eleven (convenient store).

On the second day, we went to Phi-phi Island to do snorkelling and island hopping. Poor Daryl felt nauseous throughout the entire speedboat journey. We each paid 900 baht, inclusive of lunch as well. Then at night, we dined at a restaurant called Kusuma. The food was nice, tomyam wasn't too spicy, good for me but not for Adrian, Ding Ye and DD. After that, we had a one hour full body massage for only 200 baht. The masseuse who attended to me was very experienced. I knew many of my friends wanted a "happy-ending", just that wasn't willing to do so in front of many. Oh well, don't worry, many chances to come.

On the third day, our package which cost 1350 baht consisted of water rafting, ATV (all-terrain vehicle), elephant riding and fish spa. The water rafting was total disappointment as it was no match compared to the one I did in Sabah. The other activities was satisfying and a brand new experience for me. During the night, we had dinner at Lair Lay Thong Restaurant. We had to search high and low to locate this shop as it was located at one of the hidden alley. Fortunately, the food was delicious but DD didn't eat much as he had diarrhoea.

After dinner, we split into 2 groups as some wanted a second round of massage. I dismissed myself from going to massage and followed the other group to do some last minute shopping. I got myself 2 T-shirts (Mr.Busy and Mr.Happy) for only 180 baht each. Later tha night, we all gathered in one of the rooms and drank beer. The beer here was phatetically cheap, only 440 baht for a large Chang beer. I reckon Ryan and Joshua was drunk that night as they were literally out of control. The night ended pretty early to my surprise and everybody was able to wake up the next day for breakfast buffet.

All in all, this trip was inevitably a great one as it marked our strong friendship after knowing each other for more than 4 years. I will always remember you guys and may we meet again in the near future. All the best to those who has yet to get a job (inclusive of myself) and happy working to those who are already working. Take care, my friend.

Night peeps. Cheers.
